I have three broad research lines. The first analyzes the effects of technological innovation on industries evolution and firms strategies. Particular attention has been dedicated on industry convergence and coopetive strategies. The second focuses on relationship marketing, trust and loyalty among firms. The third is on consumer behavour. My works were published both in national journals and in edited book chapters.
